Effective 13 October 2026
1. General
- These terms set out how the contact form on samil.pl may be used. I issue them under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- Service provider ("I", "me"): Marek Ryguła, operating as SAMIL Marek Ryguła, ul. Słoneczna 16c, 43-243 Wisła Wielka, Poland, VAT ID PL6381587777, email info@samil.pl.
- User ("you"): anyone who uses the contact form.
- Service: the ability to send me an inquiry through the form at samil.pl/en/contact/ or samil.pl/kontakt/.
- The service is free of charge.
- These terms don't cover the development and consulting services I provide. We agree on their scope and terms separately, before I start any work.
2. Technical requirements
To use the form, you need:
- a device with internet access and a browser that supports HTML forms,
- a working email address for my reply.
You don't need JavaScript or cookies to send the form.
3. Start and end of the agreement
- The agreement to provide the service is concluded when you start filling in the form.
- It ends when you send the form or stop filling it in. You can stop at any time, without giving a reason.
4. Rules of use
- Provide accurate details, especially the email address I should reply to.
- Don't send unlawful content, in particular content that is abusive or infringes other people's rights, spam, or malware.
- Don't send other people's personal data (for example, your store customers' data) unless you have a legal basis for it and it's needed to describe the issue.
- Don't send passwords or login details. If access is needed for the work, we'll agree separately on how to share it.
- I may leave messages that break these rules unanswered and delete them.
5. Risks of using the service
- Using the internet comes with the usual risks, such as malware, interception of unencrypted data, and senders impersonating someone else (phishing).
- The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
- If you get a message signed with my name asking for passwords or an unexpected payment, confirm it with me through another channel before doing anything.
- Information about cookies and data stored in your browser is in the Privacy policy, section "Cookies and browser storage".
6. Complaints
- A complaint concerns how the form works (for example, an error when sending), not services provided outside it.
- Send complaints to info@samil.pl or by post to the address in section 1. Describe the problem and give an email address for the reply.
- I reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
7. Liability
- The form may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or an outage at a service provider. If that happens, email info@samil.pl directly.
- Sending the form doesn't create an agreement for development or consulting services and doesn't oblige either side to enter into one.
- I'm not liable for the consequences of inaccurate details you provide.
- These terms don't exclude or limit consumer rights under mandatory law.
8. Personal data
How I process data from the form is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
- These terms are available free of charge at samil.pl/en/terms/. You can save or print them.
- I may change these terms for valid reasons, such as changes in the law or in how the form works. A new version applies to inquiries sent after it's published.
- Polish law applies to matters not covered here. If you're a consumer in another country, you keep the protection that country's mandatory law gives you.
